Using the app
Crumble Path is a puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. You may use it for personal, non-commercial play in accordance with these terms and the applicable Apple Media Services terms.
Purchases
The Remove Ads option is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Pricing and currency are shown by Apple before purchase and may vary by storefront. Purchase, billing, refunds, and restoration are handled through Apple's App Store and account systems.
Ads
The free game may show interstitial advertising at selected level transitions. The first 20 levels are ad-free; later ad opportunities depend on game progress. The Remove Ads purchase disables in-app ads.
Intellectual property
The game, its name, characters, artwork, audio, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit the app or its content except where the law or a separate written license permits it.
Availability and updates
Features, levels, ads, and availability may change as the app is maintained. The app is provided through Apple platforms and may require a compatible device and operating-system version.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
